Well laid out room and good bathroom facilities. I liked the environmental approach to amenities and towel washing.

The location was perfect. We came to town for Lollapalooza and we were 1.4 miles away from Grant Park. We walked EVERYWHERE! It was so nice not have to worry about Ubers or taxis. The surrounding area is great and we frequented the McDonalds next door for some late night snacks. :)

I loved the way the staff was always seen cleaning and wiping down everything. I loved the location and the views from the rooftop!

Wonderful stay overall. Room was very clean, staff was great. The desk clerk in particular (we didn't get his name) but he was SO extremely hospitable and friendly. He truly was a highlight of our visit to the hotel. Super convenient location within walking distance of everything - really enjoyed the rooftop patio as well. Beautiful views of the city from there and our 5th floor king suite!!!! Will definitely be back again!!! Thanks BW for an amazing experience! ☺️

All the staff were very helpful and kind. That made my stay there much easier and plesent especially since i have (2) 1year old girls. The rooms were very clean and spacious. I had the king suit and just the master bedroom and bathroom were about the size of what i have at my own house then in addition there was a large size living room areawith a couch chair tv and a few end stands and a desk. Even with all that stuff there was enough room for my girls to play arround. It also had a nook in the corner of the room for a fridge and microwave and i still had enough room in that nook to put 2 pack and play baby beds for my 2 daughters.

I love the location of this hotel. I stay here every time i come to Chicago. For a while it was almost every couple of months. The staff had a little change??? It was for the BETTER the front desk staff were amazing. They always had a smile and greeted us with every eentrance -different from my stays before. It showed..

Loved the big coffee urn in the lobby in the morning! Loved the pool and roof deck with its comfortable lounges. The location was quite central and good for all purposes without being in the heart of downtown. And the room had almost everything I needed and everything was fully operational. I would definitely stay here again.

On a limited budget I was looking for a great location with a private bathroom. The Best Western met the spec. given it was great value my expectations were low. The room totally exceeded my expectations. As hoped the location was great. I could walk everywhere. very handy for 24 hour Macdonalds. Not my usual choice but great for 3am jet lag snack. I will certainly stay there again.

For the price we paid it was perfect!! It was much cleaner and homey than it first looked. Front desk staff was very friendly and sweet. We ate at the restaurant and it was very good and prices were also very reasonable. Would definitely recommend. It was in a great location as well. Walking distance to everything but pretty quiet area. Rooms were spacious.
